  • Full name and business name
  • Email address and contact information
  • NAICS codes (primary and additional)
  • UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) number
  • SAM.gov registration status and expiry date
  • Certification status (8(a), WOSB, EDWOSB, SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, DBE, MBE)
  • Vendor progress tracking data and journey milestones
  • Notes and bid strategy data
  • NAICS pricing analytics and historical bid data
  • Capability statements and proposal content
  • Contract and opportunity tracking data
  • Compliance documents and expiration dates
2. Automatically Collected Information

When you access and use the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Device type, browser type, and operating system
  • Usage analytics (pages visited, features used, time spent)

Purpose limitation: We collect personal data only for the specific purposes listed above. We will not use your data for a new, unrelated purpose without first notifying you and, where required by law, obtaining your consent. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

We do NOT sell your personal data.

We may share your information with:

We do not store your SAM.gov passwords or login credentials. You connect your own accounts independently through official government portals.

  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data

7. Data Retention

  • Subscription records: Payment and billing records are retained as required for tax and legal compliance

Storage limitation: We do not keep personal data longer than needed for the purpose it was collected. Once that purpose ends, the data is deleted or de-identified.

VendorReady is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
