1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VendorReady ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You may not use the Platform if you are legally prohibited from doing so
3. Account Responsibilities
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password)
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You are responsible for all content and data submitted through your account
4. Platform Services

VendorReady provides a vendor readiness and government contracting platform that includes:

  • SAM.gov registration guidance and renewal tracking
  • Federal certification tracking (8(a), WOSB, EDWOSB, SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone)
  • NAICS bid pricing analytics based on historical federal award data
  • Bid strategy recommendations and AI coaching
  • Compliance deadline reminders and alerts
  • Vendor progress tracking and readiness roadmap
  • Document generation and contract management tools
  • Opportunity discovery and matching

Important Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee government contract awards. Success depends on market conditions, agency decisions, competition, and your business qualifications.
  • Pricing data is based on historical federal award data and does not represent future results.
  • VendorReady provides information and instructions, not legal advice. Always verify requirements with the official agency source.
5. Subscription and Payments

All VendorReady subscription tiers are paid subscriptions. There is no free tier or trial period.

Billing Terms:

  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on VendorReady are owned by Sable Echelon Innovations LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Proprietary Content:

  • NAICS pricing data and analytics are proprietary
  • Bid strategy recommendations and coaching content are proprietary
  • Educational modules, templates, and guides are proprietary

Your Data:

You retain ownership of your business information (contracts, documents, capability statements, business profile data). By using the Platform, you grant us a license to store and process your data as part of providing our services.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Scrape, data mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems (hacking)
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Misuse federal procurement data or violate government contracting regulations
  • Use the Platform for fraudulent purposes
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to or reference external resources, including:

  • SAM.gov
  • Grants.gov
  • FPDS (Federal Procurement Data System)
  • USASpending.gov
  • State and local government procurement portals

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites or external government data sources. You access these resources at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  • We do not guarantee government contract awards or certification approvals
  • NAICS pricing data is historical and informational only — it does not guarantee future contract values or pricing
  • Government regulations change frequently — always verify current requirements independently
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sable Echelon Innovations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sable Echelon Innovations LLC, its officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your business activities and government contracting pursuits
12. Termination
  • You may terminate your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
  • Business closure: If we discontinue the Platform, we will provide 30 days notice via email or platform announcement.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. You may request a copy of your data before or at termination. Your data is erased within 30 days of termination, except where retention is required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution
  • Governing law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions
  • Binding arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Wyoming
  • No class action: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration
14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
